While Harrah's Cherokee Casino & Hotel makes every effort to provide wheelchairs when needed, we recommend guest's bring any mobility equipment they may need when possible. They will sign it with guest name and the date and time of expiration of rental. Guests may also leave the property and come back and claim their scooter by making sure they leave it with the security officers at the front doors. Guests may take their rented scooter to the hotel by going up in the elevator to the skybridge and checking it with the guard on duty and they will note that it is being taken to the hotel and the room number, guests name, etc. Guests will also be required to sign a release of liability form.
The usage will be for 24 hours and guests will need a valid ID and a TR card to obtain either wheelchair or scooter. Wheelchairs are free of charge while scooters are $60 plus tax, payable to the Valet clerk. We also offer powered scooters for rent at the casino valet entrance, again on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be aware these may be in short supply during high volume times such as weekends or holidays. Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort offers complimentary wheelchairs (standard and wide width) at the entrance to the casino and the hotel on a first-come, first-served basis.
